The company delegate coming for interview will be received at the airport and accompanied to the hotel. Provide all the medical report of the selected candidates, consisting of tests as per the respective country’s medical standards. We will facilitate the selected candidates to complete all the Government related formalities, like emigration clearance, visa endorsement, police clearance certificate, attestation of educational certificates etc.
We will conduct a references check of all the selected candidates and also an evaluation/check on the candidate’s background.
Orientation to candidates about the Law of the Country of employment, terms and conditions of their employment contract etc…
Placing the approved candidates within the desired time limit under prior intimation to the employer. Flight booking for candidates and also will provide all possible help to the candidates in embarkation and airport.

Required Documents
The procedure of recruitment is simple and starts with preparation of recruitment documents in our favor, and we require the following documentation from your end (Note;-For Saudi Arabia we just require 1&5 below numbers letter and for all other GCC countries we require 2,3,4 Numbers)
- Visa Slip (Original)/Authorization Procedure-
- Letter to the Embassy/Consulate-
- Power of Attorney
- Demand Letter-
- Copy of C.R. & Identity Card.
Note: The specimen Number 2, 3 and 4 must be typed on the employer’s letter head, both in Arabic and English and attested by the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Pakistan Embassy in Employers Country.
