our Methodology of work

On receipt of the requirement from clients including the job specification and terms of service, we will start the selection procedure. Search the availability in our data bank on the basis of exact job specification required. If in case there are no suitable candidates available in the data back, we will advertise the job vacancies in all the leading news papers of the country. Our team of experts will screen all the applications received. And all the applications are maintained with complete details, starting from essential personal data, work experience, details of education background etc. The applicant pass through police clearance, and his family and social background are checked before he qualifies for an overseas job.

The applicants will go through a screening process at the time of preliminary interview, and also will check on his aptitude for foreign services. ADH Mirza International has its own Trade & Training Institute, which is fully equipped with all the requisite facilities. And we will conduct the practical/technical tests to test the applicant’s suitability for the particular overseas job.Based on client’s preference, all the short listed, profiles will be forward to the clients or its representatives. The final interview will be conducted by the employer/the authorized representative of the client. Final interviews are scheduled as desired by the employer and also provide all facilities for practical test during the time of final interview (only based on the request from clients)
